Yummy 21 year old single malt from the Linkwood distillery, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks that were laid down in May 1995 and cracked open in March 2017. This was independently bottled by Signatory at 43% ABV.

Black tea and digestive biscuits. Walnuts and dates with a touch of dried hay.

Palate

Sugared peels, honey and a hearty kick of nutmeg.

Finish

Lingering dried flower fragrance.
