This is an independent bottling of Linkwood single malt Scotch whisky, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks by the Signatory chaps! This was distilled in May 1995 and left to age for 21 years until January 2017.
Grist, quince jam, grassy malt and pecans.
Dried citrus peels, spicy pepper and clove, apple.
Meringue and potpourri.
