21 year old Linkwood single malt Scotch whisky, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks which were laid down in May 1995 and cracked open in November 2016. This was independently bottled by the excellent Signatory.
Butterscotch sweeties, spiced fruit, white oak.
Honey and orange, nutmeg and black tea. A hint of caramel.
Warming rye and dried apricot.
