Douglas Laing
Scotland
Single Malt

An Old Particular bottling of Linkwood single malt, aged in a single cask for 21 years. The whisky was distilled in May 1995 and set aside to mature until September 2016, when Douglas Laing bottled it with an outturn of 283 bottles.
Packed with citrus sweetness, alongside a light hint of black pepper.
Another burst of citrus (now safely in "oranges and clementines" country).
Refreshingly sweet. Cinnamon and black pepper again right at the end.
