Unfortunately, we can't ship Linkwood 20 Year Old 1997 (cask 14098) - Old Malt Cask (Hunter Laing) to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
From the long-running Old Malt Cask indie bottling range comes a 20 year old Linkwood single malt, matured in a single refill hogshead from June 1997 to August 2017. A release of 297 bottles from Hunter Laing, presented at 50% ABV.
Nose: Burnt sugar, butterscotch and vine peaches. A hint of bitter oak.
Palate: Cacao, apple crumble and syrup-drenched pancakes.
Finish: Honey'd fruit, fragrant barley.
