Another entry in the whisky-bottle-selection-shaped compendium known as the Cask Strength Collection from Signatory - this time they've bottled a 19 year old Linkwood single malt, aged in a hogshead cask from June 1997 to January 2017. 252 bottles were produced.
Freshly-baked apple turnovers, juicy blackberries and a drizzle of honey.
Nutty brown bread with a layer of marmalade, fig and cinnamon.
Subtly earthy.
