Description

Independently bottled Linkwood single malt, released for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection by Signatory. This 16 year old whisky was distilled in May 1999 and bottled in February 2016, being drawn from a pair of hogsheads.

Nose

Blackberries and honey, with a little bit of fragrant barley tucked away.

Palate

Toffee, boiled sweets, a sprinkle of allspice. Oily.

Finish

Baked apple and stewed pear.
