This was distilled at Linkwood on the 30th January 1995 and aged for 16 years in a pair of hogsheads (numbers 634 and 644) before bottling by Signatory on the 3rd November 2011. A release of 854 numbered bottles.
Nose: Creamy, malty nose with soft spices, heather honey a little pepper.
Palate: Gingerbread and malt on the palate, with manuka honey, apricot nectar and nutmeg.
Finish: Easy-going finish, hints of spice on the tail.
