This 15-year-old single malt from Linkwood was matured in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt and bottled at cask strength (56.2% ABV) as part of the Cask Strength Collection by Signatory. A perfect example of Linkwood’s technical precision, pairing beautifully with bold cask influence.
Floral malt wrapped in Christmas cake richness, think sultanas, candied orange, and sandalwood, with a trace of rosehip.
Berry compote, chocolate-dipped almonds, cloves, and syrupy gingerbread. An underlying waxiness adds real texture.
Long and satisfying with black tea, nutmeg, and drying oak leaving a firm, spicy grip.
