15 year old Linkwood single malt Scotch whisky, drawn from a consecutive pair of hogshead casks which were filled in May 1999 and opened in May 2015. It was bottled by the fine folks over at Signatory for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Honey-roasted peanuts, blackcurrant, creamy vanilla and some winter spices.
Barley sugar, buttered bread, liquorice and black pepper.
Warming oak notes and some pineapple sweetness.
