Another fantastic addition to Signatory's indie Un-Chillfiltered Collection – 13 year old single malt from Speyside's Linkwood Distillery! This one was distilled in May 2008 and allowed to mature in a pair of hogsheads for 13 years before bottling in June 2021.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Zesty citrus, currant buns, plums, and baking spices.
Palate
Blueberry waffles and roasted hazelnut, lemon balm, and oaken vanilla.
Finish
Popcorn and buttered oatcakes with marmalade, lingering spice with anise, pepper, and nutmeg.
