This indie single malt from Linkwood was distilled in March 2008 and left to mature in a pair of hogsheads for 13 years. Following this long hibernation, the whisky was bottled up by Signatory in May 2021, without using any chill-filtration – because it's part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection of course!
Salted lemons, melted butter on toasted teacakes with dark currants and berries.
Ice cream with wafers, a touch of floral, zesty lemongrass, toasted nuts, and warming oak spice.
Buttery with sweet stone fruits and savoury spice.
