A 12 year old Linkwood distilled in Summer 1999 and aged in a single bourbon barrel before bottling in Spring of 2002 for the Provenance range from Douglas Laing.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Spiced and warming, buttery toffee, black pepper, malt, hints of fresh flowers and honey.
Palate
Coffee beans, caramel and steamed milk. A little black pepper, vanilla custard and nutmeg.
Finish
Medium-length, spiced finish.
