This 11 year old single malt from Linkwood was distilled in 2012 and filled into an oloroso sherry hogshead to mature. That cask was opened by North Star Spirits, independently releasing a total of 244 bottles.

Nose

Softly sweet, with notes of strawberries and peaches, and a sprinkling of vanilla sugar.

Palate

Superbly creamy, with vanilla custard and butterscotch joined by lemon drops and toasted coconut.

Finish

Citrus oils linger alongside honeyed flapjack and toasted oak.
