An 11-year-old Linkwood from a micro-batch of two sister casks, first fill oloroso sherry butts. The 2012 vintage Scotch Whiksy was bottled in 2023 at 46% ABV without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Lemon peel, black pepper, hazelnut, and apple.
Orange peel, chilli, shortbread, and oak char.
Cinnamon and vanilla.
