Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from the Linkwood distillery, distilled in 2012 and drawn from a pair of first-fill oloroso sherry butts, where this whisky was finished. The 10-year-old whisky was independently bottled by the indie bottling stalwart, Signatory, as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection in 2023.
Stewed plums and apricots, with some sticky toffee, and peppery spice.
Buttery shortbread, dark fruits, cocoa, and some waxy orange peel.
Earthy spices linger, with some tart berries.
