Bourbon
Linkwood single malt here, distilled in 2012 and matured for 10 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel. It was bottled in 2023 by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection, naturally coloured, and at a robust cask strength of 59% ABV.
Floral honey, and lashings of vanilla caramel, and oaky spice.
Creamy milk chocolate, with shortbread, cinnamon spice, and green chilli.
Malty, with some citrus zest, and black pepper.
