Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Crisp notes of lemon peel, rusk biscuits, and granola laced with dried apple.

Palate

Toffee Crisp and fizzy lemon sherbet sweeties lead the way, with biscuity malt, gingerbread, and a touch of pepper developing in time.

Finish

More bitter citrus is balanced by sweet baking spice and rich toasted oak.
