Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Crisp notes of lemon peel, rusk biscuits, and granola laced with dried apple.

Palate: Toffee Crisp and fizzy lemon sherbet sweeties lead the way, with biscuity malt, gingerbread, and a touch of pepper developing in time.

Finish: More bitter citrus is balanced by sweet baking spice and rich toasted oak.
