Distilled in 2008, this Linkwood single malt spent the following 10 years in a pair of hogsheads, where it matured soundly. Signatory stepped in after a decade and bottled the Speysider at 46% ABV for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection - so unsurprisingly it was bottled without chill filtering.
Blackberry jam, honeyed toast and orchard fruits.
Apricot jam, apple skin and a kick of both root ginger and black pepper spice.
Buttery pear tart and marzipan.
