This was distilled at Linkwood in October 1996 and it was aged for 15 years before bottling by Duncan Taylor for their Dimensions series in November 2011. This is Batch 0001.
Aromatic, malty and sweet. Some boiled sweets, Demerara sugar and custard.
Orange, apple juice, custard, toasted oak, nutmeg and allspice.
Medium finish with apple pie and vanilla.
