A 7 year old peated single malt Scotch whisky from the Tobermory distillery, released under their Ledaig name. This was distilled in May 2008 and allowed to age in a pair of hogshead casks until March 2016, when Signatory bottled it for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Earthy smoke, sticking plasters and green apples.
Developing BBQ meats, with supporting notes of honey and orchard fruit.
Cereal rich and toasted sugar.
