Cask strength Tasmanian whisky from the Lark distillery, which founded in 1992 by Bill Lark who is now known to some as the Godfather of Australian whisky. This single cask release was drawn from cask #113 in February 2010, and bottled at 58% ABV.
Good surprise when I taste this australien whisky. Oak and spicy. Not so far from Speyside single malt.
