This well-aged single malt from Laphroaig joins The Kinship series from independent bottler Hunter Laing, which celebrates the development of its own distillery, Ardnahoe. Matured for 25 years, this is a release of 332 cask-strength bottles.
Soot, brine, olives, and herbal tinctures on the nose along with lemon zest and honey. Tangerine, honeysuckle, and pear drops on the palate, before it is overtaken by a delicious, rich leatheriness which lingers onto the long, satisfying finish.
