In 1815, the Laphroaig distillery was founded on Islay. In 2015, the distillery celebrated its 200th anniversary. To mark the occasion, it brought back its 15 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky for a limited edition release!
This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!

It is no doubt good, but I actually prefer the less sweet, more peaty and medicinal 10 year old. For me the quarter cask is too much peat, this one is not enough and the 10 is the perfect balance.
Tasted it. Bought 5.
a very inviting tasting malt liquor never take it off the shelf. Definitely a five star scotch whiskey.
I bought the last one in stock in Norway, and I will save it as a trophy for many years. Lucky me... My brother tasted this whisky earlier this year, and I believe him this time..:)- It's a big whisky!
This is wonderful Laphroaig worth every penny.
