Description
Made with millet, a grain not often used in distilled spirits, sourced from a local organic farmer collective. Chicago's Koval distillery also uses millet in its bourbon.

Nose
Almond biscuits, vanilla and star anise.
Palate
Thick with caramel, orchard fruit, fructose and toasted millet.
Finish
Long and warming.
