The fabulous indie bottler Signatory has a bit of a knack for bottling Knockando – you don't see many bottlings from this distillery at all! This single malt right here was distilled at Knockando in December 2007 and remained in a pair of hogsheads for 13 years, until bottling in June 2021 as part of Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Fresh citrus blossom and candied orange, fruity with a touch of liquorice.
Floral fruit and freshly cut hay, nutty spice, and oily oak.
Almond croissants with vanilla icing, a subtle vegetal note and spicy wafts of anise.
