Single cask single malt from Jura, bottled up for the Old Particular range by Douglas Laing. This one spent 12 years in a refill hogshead, from 2009 to 2021, before eventually being bottled at 48.4% ABV with an outturn of 359 bottles.
Butterscotch, barley, and a hint of lemon.
Porridge oats, creamy caramel, very subtly chocolatey, with a dash of orange oil.
Dried fruit, honey, cassia.
