The smooth, sweeter one is a vatting of both Irish and Scotch whisky. The majority of this is Cooley's single malt and the remainder is from Bunnahabhain. This is a delightful, easy-drinking whisky from Jon, Mark and Robbo.
The nose is light and gentle with notes of orchard fruits, hay, moist grass and vanilla spice. The palate is gentle and balanced with plenty of sweetness. Very rounded. The finish is of medium-length with honey and caramel.
