    From Signatory's Cask Strength Collection comes this fabulous 34 year old single cask Inverleven. It was distilled on the 14th September 1977 and was aged in bourbon barrel 3605 before bottling on the 2nd November 2011. A release of 162 numbered bottles.

    Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

    Cider, juniper and lemon juice, malt and burnt sugar, freshly sawn oak and grapefruit.

    Palate

    Rich and sweet, pastis, oak and gripping oak, a little more of that juniper from the nose, with potpourri and cedar.

    Finish

    Bittersweet, oaky and dry with coffee grounds on the tail.
