This exceptional single grain was distilled in December 1987 at Invergordon, and left to mature in a refill barrel for a whopping 31 years. When that time had passed, North Star Spirits bottled the whisky as part of Cask Series 007. 190 bottles were released at cask strength, a rather punchy 63.2% ABV.
Melted white chocolate, creamy vanilla custard, rich mocha and a slightly waxy note.
Buttery pastry with treacle tart sweetness, tangy sherbet and wine gum sweeties.
Freshly baked and spicy gingerbread with smooth, sweet icing.
