The Sovereign independent bottling range from Hunter Laing is home to a host of superb single grain whiskies, like this expression from the mighty Invergordon! it's a 31 year old single grain Scotch whisky, distilled in 1987 and bottled up in 2019 at 52.2% ABV. Loads of creamy vanilla notes ahoy!

Nose
Peaches and cream, almond pastries, pencil sharpenings, a little leafy hint or two.
Palate
Milk chocolate, jam tarts, nutmeg, more nutty notes.
Finish
Lingering oak and a helping of brown sugar.
