Invergordon 30 Year Old 1988 (cask 12755) - Old Particular (Douglas Laing)
An indie Invergordon, matured in a refill hogshead for 30 years. This single grain Scotch whisky was distilled back in February 1988 and left to age for three decades until September 2018, when it was bottled by Douglas Laing for the Old Particular range. 322 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Buttered corn, ground coffee, spearmint and pear drops.
Palate
Honey, sharp green apple, bread and butter pudding.
Finish
Icing sugar and orange peel.
