Indie Invergordon, matured in a single refill cask for three decades! This is a Hunter Laing bottling of 30 year old single grain, distilled in May 1987 and bottled in April 2018. Only 314 of these were produced.
Nose: Pear, raspberry and blueberry, with layers of vanilla surrounding them.
Palate: Cacao, coffee and waves of caramel. A hint of five-spice, too.
Finish: Very long, with mature oak and toasted sugar sticking around.
