Wine Cask
Part of the Cask Masters Distiller’s Cut range from Brave New Spirits, this exceptional Invergordon single grain spent 28 years maturing before a finishing period in a first fill Rivesaltes barrique. Bottled at a cask strength of 51.9% ABV and non-chill filtered, it showcases both the elegance of long-aged grain whisky and the rich influence of fortified wine casks. Only 253 bottles were produced.
Butterscotch and golden syrup lead with notes of baked apple, honeycomb, and toasted oak.
Vanilla fudge, sultana, and nutty toffee balanced by gentle spice and wine-soaked fruit.
Lingering caramel, soft oak, and a hint of dried apricot.
