We love a good indie single grain, and Douglas Laing seem to love bottling them. It's a good system. This is a 21 year old Invergordon single grain, aged in a refill barrel from October 1994 to February 2016. 204 bottles were produced.
Classic single grain vanilla-y deliciousness, with a touch of burnt sugar and buttered corn.
Caramelised banana, general baked good yumminess, orange oil.
Sponge cake, pepper and fennel.
