An Invergordon single grain, independently bottled for the Old Particular range by Douglas Laing! This one was aged for 19 years, from October 2002 to November 2021, in a single refill cask. Following that, the whisky was bottled up at 51.5% ABV, with an outturn of only 781 bottles.
Nose Spicy oak, nougat, apricot yogurt, and creamy vanilla.
Palate Heaps of green apples with milk chocolate melted over them, and a hint of raspberry.
Finish Madeira cake and toasted almonds.
