Inchgower 25 Year Old 1995 (cask 14183) - Old Particular (Douglas Laing)
A well-aged Speysider here from Inchgower, independently bottled by Douglas Laing! Distilled back in 1995, the single malt spent the next quarter of a century in a single sherry butt. Eventually, it was bottled at 25 years old for the Old Particular series, with an outturn of 242 bottles at 51.5% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Producer

Palate
Lots of spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) running to vanilla essence and stewed fruits.
Finish
Long – detect golden syrup, a slight floral character, milk chocolate and barley.
