From the Inchgower Distillery comes a single cask single malt independently bottled by Signatory! This one was initially aged in bourbon hogsheads, before being moved over to a fresh sherry butt for 34 months, and then finally bottled up at 23 years of age for the Cask Strength Collection. 690 bottles were produced.
Apple and blackberry pie with a dusting of cinnamon atop the flaky pastry. A good scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side, too.
Coffee beans, rye spices and the vanilla ice-cream from the nose.
Chocolate digestives, salted butter and toffee apples.
