Inchgower 18 Year Old 1999 (cask 12361) - Old Particular (Douglas Laing)

An 18 year old single malt from Inchgower, aged in a single sherry butt - you don't hear enough about the wonderful Inchgower distillery these days, we reckon. This one was distilled in October 1999 and bottled in February 2018 by Douglas Laing for the Old Particular range. A release of 591 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Poached pear and blueberry muffin, with touches of vanilla-rich barley shining through.

Palate

More juicy berries, now paired with milk chocolate and lemon.

Finish

Oak-y spiciness takes shape on the finish.
