Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

That Port cask shows itself right away, with jammy plums, tangy berries, and runny caramel.

Palate

Rich notes of roasted, biscuity malt, peppery oak, and more stewed, vinous red fruits.

Finish

Drying notes of tannic oak, fruit and nut chocolate, and a dusting of pepper.
