Inchgower 15 Year Old 2007 (cask 17864) - Old Particular (Douglas Laing)
A 15 year old single malt from Inchgower, distilled in 2007 and matured in a single refill hogshead. A limited number of 313 bottles were charged in 2023, joining the independently bottled Old Particular series from Douglas Laing. Non-chill filtered and with no added colour.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Summer straw mingles with sugared raspberries and a damp oak character.
Palate
A citric tang gives way to gentle spiciness and a runny honey sweetness.
Finish
Lingers nicely with much of what has gone before plus a baking spice warmth.
