Inchgower doesn’t get enough spotlight, but this Brave New Spirits release shows why it should. Fourteen years and a finish in a first-fill oloroso barrique have layered dark fruit, chocolate, and spice over that slightly coastal, oily base. Give it time and it keeps opening up.
