Inchgower 13 Year Old 2011 (cask 109) - Cask Strength Collection (Signatory)
A curious cask from Speyside’s nuttiest distillery. This Inchgower spent 13 years in a first-fill Marsala hogshead, a rare maturation that lends the spirit a rich, wine-soaked elegance. Bottled at 59.3%, it’s complex and beautifully structured.

Palate
Hazelnuts and baked apples, layered with cinnamon, dark caramel and fig jam.

Warming and spiced, with notes of toasted oak and sweet vermouth.
