Wine Cask
A splendid addition to Signatory's independent Cask Strength Collection. This single malt was distilled at Inchgower in 2011 and spent the next 13 years maturing in a first-fill Marsala wine hogshead, bringing figgy sweetness and cakey spice to the elegantly herbaceous maritime malt at its core.
