Joining the Un-Chillfiltered Collection from indie bottler Signatory comes this impressive Inchgower single malt Scotch! Distilled in 2008, it was matured in a pair of hogshead casks for 13 years, until it was bottled up in early January 2022, without any chill-filtration.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fresh butter pastries, honey, orchard blossom, a smidge of green oak.

Palate: Pear tart, syrupy fruit, and creamy vanilla with roasted pistachios and hints of drying herbs beneath.

Finish: Spicy barley with hints of pepper and caraway, softer butterscotch and vanilla sponge cake keep things sweet.
