An indie Inchgower from Signatory! Distilled in February 2008, the single malt spent its days maturing in a pair of hogsheads. After 12 years passed, the Speysider was bottled at 46% ABV for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, without... Well, chillfiltering! Y'know, like the name says.

Nose
Pain au chocolat, green oak and spiced, honeyed orchard fruits.
Palate
Lemon curd and pear skin, with vanilla cream and a smidge of fresh kitchen herbs.
Finish
Creamy malt and cinnamon butter.
