Distilled at Inchgower in 2008, this lovely Speysider was bottled up by Signatory for its indie Un-Chillfiltered Collection in 2020. Before bottling the whisky rested in a pair of hogshead casks for 12 years, numbers 801491 and 801492 to be precise – we like to imagine them sitting side by side, keeping each other company for all that time.
