Distilled at the now closed Imperial in 1995, this single malt was aged for 15 years in a pair of hogsheads. Bottled by Signatory in 2011 for the Un-Chillfiltered collection, a release of 737 bottles.

Lots of creamy, oats, pepper and lemon. Spicy, with some watermelon and apples.
Lots of black pepper on the palate, with a surge of beeswax, spice and sweet malt. A decent amount of cantaloupe, gingernut biscuit and toffee.
Good length with notes of peppery spice, aniseed and toffee apples.
