Distilled at the now closed Imperial in 1995, this single malt was aged for 15 years in a pair of hogsheads. Bottled by Signatory in 2011 for the Un-Chillfiltered collection, a release of 737 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Lots of creamy, oats, pepper and lemon. Spicy, with some watermelon and apples.

Palate Lots of black pepper on the palate, with a surge of beeswax, spice and sweet malt. A decent amount of cantaloupe, gingernut biscuit and toffee.

Finish Good length with notes of peppery spice, aniseed and toffee apples.
