Whitlaw 10 Year Old 2014 - (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

Whitlaw is the name used for Highland Park single malt that's destined for independent bottlers, and Signatory has bottled up a splendid batch here. Distilled on Orkney in 2014, the whisky spent 10 years maturing in a host of re-charred butts until it was bottled in 2024.
